1. Packaging: 

Standard Packaging:

• Each piece with color sleeve then 10 pieces in master carton or each piece in poly bag then packed in giftbox and 4 gift boxes in a master carton.
• Packaging in English or both English and Vietnamese

Customized Packaging:

• Customized packing is available as per your request, customer send us the design and we will print according to the customer request or customer can give us idea on packaging they want to change/ adjustment then our designer will design accordingly and print for customer approval.

•  Loading port: Hai Phong-Vietnam ( 100km from our factory) or any seaport of Vietnam.

• We can design the color sleeves, gift box, master carton for your brand on demand. 
• Outer coating: we can coat any color as per your request, just give us the pantone color.
• Inner coating: we use the Dupont, Weilburger-Greblon, Whitford for inner coating and any color can be chosen as per you request. 

2. Logo on bottom/glass lids

• Customized logo on bottom/ glass lids are availables in various type: "Engrave, Emboss, Lazer, Silk Printting etc.

3. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) 

• We can design a new fry pan for you.
• Our in-house tooling department can make mould, tool on your technical drawing demand.

4. Low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

• We can supply any quantity you want and support you afterwards. 

5. Samples:

• Samples are always free of charge but the freight is collected, please contact us and provide us the TNT, DHL account. 

6. Delivery:

• Our existing/ready products : 4-5 days
• OEM/ Labeling products: 40 days after all terms are agreed.

A: yes, OEM orders are welcome.

A: yes, we are available to customized products with customer's label.

3. Can I have my own logo printed/stamping on the pan and the packaging.

A: yes, we can print/stamp/ emboss/engrave your logo on the pan as well as packaging design.

4.  Can I customized the packaging, color sleeves?

A: yes, we can print and make your own packaging design, color sleeves.

5. Can you make any frypan from our design?

A: yes, we provide ODM services. We can make new mould for your design.

6. How can we get samples?

A: Samples are free of charge, the Buyer just needs to pay freight or provide TNT or DHL account.

7. Where is the loading port?

A: Hai Phong Seaport or any port of Vietnam.

8. What is your MOQ?

• For our brand name product, small orders are welcome-> starting from 10 pcs
• For OEM products: 2,000 pcs
